The Gravity of Misunderstanding - How Science Flips our Intuition Upside Down
Keynote
Florian Aigner
Mo 08.09.2025, 9:45-10:45, Hörsaal
Science is constantly changing — so why should we rely on what it tells us today? Join us on an adventurous journey behind the scenes of science, where we’ll encounter dangerous saber-toothed tigers, mysterious neutrinos, and distant planets. In the end, we’ll discover that nothing is more reliable than a solid scientific theory — provided it meets certain criteria. And the best part: Science is not just for genius researchers in labs. We are all, in some way, part of it, and we have every reason to be proud of that.

Journals betreiben gemeinsam mit Bibliotheken: Was brauchen Forschende?
Workshop
Christian Buchmayer, Christoph Hornung, David Krassnig, Bernhard Schubert
